Most nonprofit & community leaders and grant writers fail because they lead with their program rather than the funder's priorities. The 6W+H Formula flips that. You'll learn to build every proposal around six questions that funders are actually asking before they award a single dollar: Who, What (x2), When Where, Why, and How. Each week of the cohort walks you through one layer of this framework and formula applied to a real $100k+ grant opportunity you've already identified.

When Emma joined the GYG Program, she had just been hired as a grant writer for a STEM nonprofit. Though she had grant management experience, she had never written a grant proposal before. While in the program, she won her first grant for $100k (and the first grant she'd ever written) from the Goldman Sachs Foundation to support the nonprofit's work of exposing girls of color to tech. Emma has gone on to win over $3MM for her organization using the 6W+H Formula she learned in the GYG Program.
"I really appreciated the focus on updating the goals and outcomes to align with exactly what a grant application is asking for and learning how to think more critically about our goals and outcome measures. I also benefitted from the time to go through the resources that can be used in other proposals. It helped me to see the bigger picture when it came to my nonprofit and it reminded me of the heart behind why the nonprofit was started and its importance to the community."
- Emma Wimberly, Grant writer - HYPE, Inc.
"I've never written a grant proposal before."
"I don't know where to start with grant writing."
"I don't know where to find grant opportunities."
"I'm not a good writer."
"I don't have time to write grant proposals."

For most non-profit & community leaders, and likely for you, it's not about writing the grant. It's really about what winning grant funding can give you:
-
An exit ramp off the fundraising hamster wheel (which never seems to stop spinning)
-
Extra time to focus on more strategic aspects of the organization
-
Stable income for the year (or multiple years)
-
The ability to cover ALL the costs for community programming
-
Freedom from having to stand in the gap and pay out-of-pocket for expenses not covered by individual donations
-
The resources to hire more people to help execute the nonprofit's vision and mission
-
The capacity to reach more members of the community and increase the impact of the organization's work

It only takes about 3.5 hours a week over 50 days + a formula with a few tools. Once you understand the formula, it can only take a few days to craft strong grant proposals.
So, even if you don't like writing or think you aren't a good writer, the Grab Your Grant Program can teach you how to organize the data and insights you already have to craft strong grant proposals for $100k+ grant opportunities in your voice in about 50 days.

To do this in just 50 days, you will move through a new module of the program each week and meet with Dr. T weekly for 1.5 hours of just-in-time coaching and support along the way.
